Spring is in the air and we have a look at a bunch of new trucks and events from Ontario and beyond we visit Suzican, Ontario’s Suzuki only event near Ottawa, Ontario. Suzican is one of two Ontario events for this issue, the other being the Northern Lights event in Minden, Ontario.
Thinking of a new truck — we have three for you the Toyota Tacoma, Dodge Mega Cab diesel and a preview of the up coming 2009 Ford F150.
On the tech side this issue we deal with some big truck stuff with a set of Bushwacker flares, a True Flow air intake system for the Duramax and new tires that will work anywhere.
Other tech this issue includes a PSC Ram assist system into our project YJ and hydraulic Light Racing bump stops into the Krawler.
Should keep you all busy while the rest of the snow melts out of the hills!
Held in Parry Sound each September long weekend the competition draws competitors form Ontario, Quebec and the USA. The event is well staged with lots of room and action for spectators and great friendly competition between drivers — it is usually the highlight of my Ontario trip each year. A few changes are a foot for 2008 so read on and watch for a second event for 2008!
