2006 - Volume 9, Issue 1   Here is what you'll find inside:

• Zuk on the rocks - We start out 2007 with our feature article on a yearly event from Vancouver Island Zuk n the rocks brings out a wide array of Suzuki based 4x4’s for some good old Island wheeling

• Ausi Outback challenge - Norm Hall from Colorado packed up his bob-tailed Land Rover discovery and shipped it t Australia to take part in this 8 day event!

• Camp NL - One of Ontario’s premier 4x4 events in Minden Ontario put on by the Northern Lights 4x4 association each August.

• YJ gets a 9-inch - Out with the 35C in a Currie 9-inch crate axle. The 9-inch is a perfect axle for almost any trail rig. With axle size options from 28-35 splines the largest gear choice of any solid axle, hi-pinion and low pinion, three brake packages there are a lot or options from Currie to build the right axle for your 4x4.

• Toyota hi-steer - any solid axle swap needs new steering. We use OTT’s Toyota solid axle set up in out ’87 4Runner build.

• Bestop supertop for truck - We have been waiting for this one for a while. Hard shells are great but when you only need a truck cap once in a while they are cumbersome to lift and store. Bestop has a new solution – a soft-top truck cap!

• Stage 8 header bolts - They are simple and relatively easy to install. The best part is they stop your header bolts from coming loose and saves you replacing header gaskets constantly.
